  The worst McDonald’s in the city. Slow service, customer service is non existent, every time I’ve been to this place they would make a wrong order. Is it just my luck or people who work there are just unprofessional.

  Fast food used to be fast. Now it seems nothing is ever ready, barely seems to be enough staff on for serve, manage drive through and keep the place clean. I never really look forward to ordering. Kids loved the play area tho, so we’ll be back!!

  Well I never go in to the store as it always has a line up. But I go through the drive through and it’s always rate packed or no one is in it. But I know the reason for this is because they are always either rushing the customers with no politeness at all. Your food is always cold and never hot. They just give you your food and there is no thank you or come again or anything like that they just push push push I understand it’s a fast food joint but I’m a human it takes me a minute to grab my wallet and my money or to grab all the food. So please if you could just be better that would be great starts from the top down fix your restaurant McDonald’s!

  This McDonalds is a huge disappointment. Not only is everything almost always incorrect against my better judgment I drove through the drive thru tonight (Feb 22, 2026) We ordered one snack size Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo. What we got was a McFlurry cup of vanilla ice cream and barely any Oreo. In fact there was only Oreo mixed in the very top. We turned around went back and were told extra is “one pump extra of Oreo” even though the woman at the window could visibly see nearly no Oreo she waived it off as that’s how it is. I will never return to this location again nor recommend anyone to go there!! I couldn’t give this place no stars hense why it’s a one star review.

  10/10 everything is top tier because i called them up after making a skip the dishes order to see if they could get rid of the ice(no option on skip for some reason) and he was like “ah we loose money on it but i gotchu bro” and ALSO i asked for some extra sauce and he said “yeah it usually costs money, BUT I GOTCHU” i cannot lie he sounded hella high but shi, good dude, 10/10 place, been coming here since i was a kid
