My dad drove through the drive thru and the lady (an Asian lady) was very rude and wouldn’t give him ice water even though he was willing to pay for it. Apparently all McDonald’s deny their customers water through drive thru? According to her and the manager. Which isn’t true at all. Does McDonald’s value customer service at all? I feel if she’s unhappy with her job she shouldn’t work there. And the manager wasn’t any better.
