I called to the store and the girl answered my phone apologized and told me next time when I order just tell the manager my name and they will give me back my missing French fry. Today, I order my food again and tell the manager what the story was and asking her to get my fry that I did not get before. She asked my name and go check, then she came back and said that she did not get my name al all. I told her that she should check with the employee who talked on the phone with me before, she said she could not check. Finally she gave me the fry, but the way she gave me like I was begging her and so rude. I never come back to this restaurant again. I think the girl manager is not suitable for this position.
