I’d 100000% give this a zero but I have to pick 1. To the person taking orders at 806 this morning ( Nov 22). Maybe don’t be so rude and listen when we talk. No one deserves that attitude first thing this morning. McDonald’s. I’d really evaluate whom you hire. Never want to go back

I’ve visited this McDonald’s twice recently, and I noticed a consistent issue with how some of the staff treat pickup drivers. A few of the girls working there — mostly brown girls at the front — are very polite and humble with regular customers, but their behavior changes when dealing with Skip, DoorDash, or Uber Eats drivers. The attitude is noticeably different, and drivers are not treated with the same respect.
This is something the manager and the owner really need to take seriously. Delivery drivers play a big role in the business, and equal treatment should be the standard for everyone who comes in. I hope management takes steps to address this and improve professionalism for all customers and drivers.

I always take my boys in this branch, eventhough there is one closeby my place. I seems to like the ambience, but today I experienced a very rude, entitled and heartless staff who took my order. Her name is Hanjit or Harjit. I had already noticed something negative as she is not smiling and very cold. I told her that my order is to go, not once but many. When I picked up my order it was not in a paper bag and I said it's to go. She looked at me with straight face looking pissed and said " next time you tell me because I have to charge you for the paper bag.." I noticed as well that the drinking cups has folding on the tip and not smoorh. .I stated that if she is upset of somerhing she should not coming to work. She smirked and smile sarcastically. I saw the Manager or Team leader to complain. I also showed her the drinking cups and we both noticed that it was a bite mark as you can see the teeth. The Manager apologized and handed me a new cups. She said that she will talk to her. I checked the bag and there was no hot or honey mustard for the nuggets. Upon returned home, the fries was cold and wrinkled. Whether you pay a dollar or $ 30 it is not worth it for the service and the food today. Going back to this branch maybe not. These kinds of people are not supposed to be at the front taking order. Please do not hire them.

So iv been going here again every morning for about a month or two. In that time iv gotten 4 wrong sandwiches and 6 cold hashbrowns. So if you say no bag and they give you a bag your probably not gunna enjoy your meal, as thats when they try slipping you the wrong stuff. Now the sweet lady on the radio is great and friendly. An absolute treasure.

Poutine was lacking in gravy, in fact I’d say it was dry! As you will see by my pictures, it is an unfortunate day. 😢 McFlurry is only 2/3 full and looks like toppings just thrown on top. As pictured there are no toppings under what was on top. Which wasn’t even 2cm/0.75”below. Arrows marking the printed “McDonald’s” that is on the outer cup.
Do better McDonald’s. 😡
I will give credit where it is due…hence one star… the double cheeseburger was excellent.
