    I requested oat milk in my ice coffee and they gave me regular cream. After explicitly requesting oat milk while ordering and while they’re making the drink they still gave me cream. This is genuinely the third time they’ve done this to me. I think they just don’t care about dietary restrictions at all.

    I used my points to pay for a breakfast sandwich. at the window they said they didnt have my order so I gave it again. I ended up paying for the sandwich and when I checked the next day, 6000 points had been redeemed and I got nothing for it.

    Poor customer service i placed an order 2 hours ago first they send the wrong order then we placed it again waited an entire hour and still Items were missing and they simply said sorry now we cannot do anything even manager doesnot know how to talk with customers i doubted if he is even a manager or not.

    Even the simplest requests are made wrong. For example ordering a latte, I get asked if I want sugar…I ask for NO SUGAR…latte has so much sugar in it there is a solid sugar puck at the bottom of the drink. Don’t waste your time here…Tim Hortons is 50m away.

    Had to go to the restaurant even though we ordered delivery because they missed a whole bag of food. Even went in twice because they forgot another bag of fries. The staff got dementia or something because we were missing sauces afterwards. This mcdonalds is a waste of time and money.
