  Worst customer service around. I was out with my family and.bight manager a Filipino man with thick black framed glasses wouldn't grab the key to the bathroom around 9 pm so my kid could use the bathroom cause they like to keep it locked all the time. Good to know that the Staff and managers at this location won't let a kid go to the bathroom. Good to know that this is how managers and staff treat their paying customers. I get that you don't want people trashing your bathrooms all the time but when you asked nicely for the key to the bathroom so a kid can go to the bathroom you should do your job and hand the key over so a child can go to use the bathroom. I can ignore the bad customer service with missed order items 3 times but when a kid needs to use the bathroom and you keep the doors locked you should just hand over the key or just unlock it for him. The staffs excuses for not opening the door was because it was locked for cleaning. Then he said to use the woman's bathroom and that was locked and still same excuses locked for cleaning. Staff and bad managers like this should be fired. Customers shouldn't have to fight with the staff so their kids can use the bathroom. I expect better from Staff at mc donalds at thilocation

  The Manager that was Philippine with black glasses,, wouldn't give us the bathroom key so my husband could take our son to use it. Couldn't even read our order right we were annoyed as we had to go up 3 damn times before they got it right. If I could leave a zero I would absolutely horrible service.

  I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered two cups of coffee and a cheeseburger without meat. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The cheeseburger was handed to me wrapped only in napkins, without being placed on a tray or in a bag, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was not up to the expected standard. They were quite loud, and the overall service felt unorganized. As a regular customer, I expect better presentation and customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service quality and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  This is the worst mcdonald's I have been in, in Alberta. first, is my nuggets were soggy, and my fries was cold and it was also not salted, whatsoever. it was tasteless. absolutely terrible. couldn't even finish the fries of how cold and yucky it was. second is service. I was standing at the front counter and nobody didn't pay attention to me. They were just talking between each other. And I was standing there for almost 5 minutes, just waiting for them. even though they did saw me. as well as after waiting for 5 minutes for my food, it was still cold. Just like I said, it wasn't even fresh. also about service they were really rude to me. and about the atmosphere and the cleanliness of restaurants is also absolutely terrible. i really did not like that when they were mopping the lobby and cleaning it, they had to put chairs around it to not let people go in there. They're not supposed to do that. i could not access the garbage. So I had to walk out and to throw my garbage outside. Because i'm not gonna throw it on the floor of course.
