  I’ve never left a review at a McDonald’s because I feel like it’s pretty hard to mess up but although Catherine was great today, Whoever was at the first window and taking drive-through orders was the meanest employee I’ve ever interacted with. She was rude and belittling, and was not willing to address an issue with rewards points and payment and snapped at me for trying to confirm my order. Having worked in customer service, it takes a lot to surprise me but this was enough to write a review.

  Why don’t you separate the restroom and the dining area with a door? The entire restaurant is filled with a mix of food and bathroom odors, which is really hard to describe. I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations, and the dining environment here is the worst.

  We go to this McDonald’s drive through on Sunday mornings and they have messed up our order, or have given other cars our food to give to us while parked at least 50% of the time. We stopped going as we were very unhappy with their service but we went back today and ordered a bacon egg McGriddle and received a piece of sausage on a McGriddle bun. No cheese, no egg, and no bacon. Will not be back

  I went to this McDonald’s early in the morning around 6:30 a.m., and honestly, it was a very uncomfortable experience. So many homeless people are hanging around in the restaurant that it feels more like a shelter now. One of the homeless individuals actually threw a half-eaten item at a crew member while she was trying to take another customer’s order. She handled it calmly and even asked them to leave, but they wouldn’t listen. Eventually, she had to call the cops. I honestly felt really bad for her — she was just doing her job and didn’t deserve to be treated like that. The staff are working hard, but management really needs to step in. This location needs better safety measures, maybe security support or something to protect employees and customers. It’s becoming unsafe, and that’s not fair to the people who visit there every day.

  Ordered Big Mac without meat by mistake. Immediately told manger. manager demanded extra money for the meat. With or without meat Big Macs are the same price. Walked out of the restaurant without my sandwich and they pocketed the money for the Big Mac. Shame on the manager for being petty and ruining my young daughter’s dinner. McDonald’s Canada will be contacted. Pathetic judgement by the manager. Lost a customer and hopefully many more.
