- ALAly Labrecque1 day ago1.0During my visit on January 11th, I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and was explicitly called “dumb” by a member of your staff. As she was closing the first booth window. We could still hear her yelling from inside the store, even towards the boy that was taking the cash. That is crazy. She’s apparently a manager at your location. Her name is « SUKHDEEP » This comment was inappropriate, offensive, and completely uncalled for. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. I’m highly disappointed to see this coming from another store manager from McDonald. This is not to add to anything, but the customer in the black car that was in front of us trying to redeem a free sandwich coupons, that started on the 1rst. She also got yelled at by the same manager. Please watch cameras. We are Influencers on many different platforms lol, and we have everything recorded on our part. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure this type of behavior does not occur again. I would appreciate confirmation that this concern has been reviewed. - AMAlysha McAuslandJan 1, 20261.0Ordered online and had it delivered, and it was missing an item on my order, then they didnt give any sauce for our nuggets even though its on the order.. and to add a cherry on top, asked for no pickles (i put allergy since i really dislike even the flavour it leaves behind, but not actually allergic) on my burger, next thing i know i bit into pickles, thank god im not actually allergic otherwise i’d be dead! Missing item i understood, sauce was just an annoyance, but if someone puts allergy, you damn well better be sure its safe…

I understand that the snow and ice builds but it is up to the landlord and the owner of the restaurant to communicate that the parking lot should be cleared and the drive thru cleared with a Bob Cat during the middle of the night.
