I ordered poutine from McDonald's, specifically asking for everything fresh. Unfortunately, the fries were old and seemed microwaved, and the gravy had turned watery. The whole dish lacked flavor and was disappointing.

Decently clean, different sort of play area than I have seen but its pretty neat..have to get let into the bathrooms which I thought was kind of weird but understandable... Food was quick and good 👍

Went through the drive-through, and the employees couldn't process my order through their stationary drive-through machine. I had to repeat my order in the window, and personally, the employees should be fully trained to be more efficient, like the ones who processed my order today. While I understand that McDonald's is a fast-food franchise, I still believe in efficient service and working with all your effort in your job.

During my visit on January 11th, I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and was explicitly called “dumb” by a member of your staff. As she was closing the first booth window. We could still hear her yelling from inside the store, even towards the boy that was taking the cash. That is crazy. She’s apparently a manager at your location. Her name is « SUKHDEEP » This comment was inappropriate, offensive, and completely uncalled for. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. I’m highly disappointed to see this coming from another store manager from McDonald. This is not to add to anything, but the customer in the black car that was in front of us trying to redeem a free sandwich coupons, that started on the 1rst. She also got yelled at by the same manager. Please watch cameras. We are Influencers on many different platforms lol, and we have everything recorded on our part. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure this type of behavior does not occur again. I would appreciate confirmation that this concern has been reviewed.
