  ELHAB should not be working in customer service. I don’t know if she is a manager or just a regular employee, but she is so beyond rude. They get our order wrong every single time we go here, literally every time. Tonight, over half of the order was missing. When I called the store to see if I could come get the missing items, ELHAB refused to do so. She literally laughed and said that the store would be happy to keep my money for the items I was missing. I then went back to the store and explained the situation and she came running out from the kitchen yelling that she already told me she wouldn’t give me the items. So I had to pay for food twice that I only received once. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude. ELHAB needs to be fired.

  If you are a delivery driver, they will not talk to you or greet you. They will not even bother to ask what’s the order you are waiting for. Waited for almost 10 mins until someone asked the number that i’m waiting for. And the order is ready minutes ago and before i came in. Just there at the prep station. 9:12pm

  I ordered 10 piece of mcnuggets and got one sauce with it and no ketchup that I asked for. Four young females standing around laughing while I waited for my food. I haven't recieved this poor service from the daytime staff.

  Came and ordered food and the manager said they don’t have change for a 50 dollar bill. Two meals are$ 25. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and years every till has $200 in change at the beginning and they switch out then needed the safe has at least $5000 for every McDonald’s I’ve worked at. They want to waste my time and say “sorry sir uhh we can’t” fire this manager, and mop the floors. Two stars for the food because it’s McDonald’s not a five star place. Nothing was wrong with the food.

  Morning shift Manager Annabel have zero customer service. She’s literally yelling and rude. Please stay away from this business. This is first and last time coming to this location. No wonder this location have so many bad reviews and even the Management seems to not care at all. McDonald Regional Managers or District Manager should visit this location and see by themselves how they serve the customer. Annabel is the worst Manager I have seen.
