  I ordered spicy egg and hash brown wrap. Misleading name as it is, it had bacon and sausage which I didn’t know about. I went back to store to talk about it, the staff at window didn’t call manager for me. She said they delivered what I had ordered as the wrap comes with bacon and sausage, and asked if I’d specified “no meat”. It’s disappointing as I’m vegetarian, but the least she could’ve done is call manager or offered to remake it without meat, as I had already paid for it. She seemed in a rush to close the window and have me leave. It’s in these situations when u r rudely dismissed, that people get upset and agitated at service staff.

  If I could leave a -1 ⭐️ review I would. This Mcdonalds location is a disgrace to “fast” food restaurants. I have to wait 5 minutes for the drive through rep to acknowledge me, and then another 15-20 minutes, just for them to serve me my order cold. Do better with the service! Hire more staff if the current cannot keep up!!!

  Placed an order today at 7:00 p.m. In the drive-thru. My order was missing my medium fries that come with the meal deal. I had ordered a poutine as well. Apparently they made the poutine as a part of the meal, which I did not ask them to do. I wanted the meal and a poutine. The girl got extremely hostile very quickly when I wanted my fries. Then she told me I have to pay for my fries because they made it a poutine. I told her I didn't ask them to do that. She never apologized for the mistake. Just told me again if I want the fries I have to pay for them. I said I wanted to see the receipt so she went and got the receipt, and I saw that they had changed it. So I said I would pay for the fries. And then when she went to order the fries asked her her name, and she responded with why would I give you my name? I said because I'd like to speak with your manager and tell him who I was speaking with today because you were very rude. She then said she wasn't going to serve me and slam the window and walked away. Great customer service. I probably only go to McDonald's twice a year but I can guarantee I will never go back to that location. After all that I get home and the poutine was terrible.
