  I just had one of the best customer experiences with an employee named Arlen, when I was at curbside pickup. Not only was he incredibly friendly, he was prepared & for someone who works on the road constantly… I had to write a review so management could be aware of what a great employee they have here.

  This particular McDonald's is a cut above. I was waiting for my food to be listed on the list along with a few of the previous orders ahead of me but did not see my number which I took as will have to wait but without even listing my order it was called out. I was happy with the quick service. Great Job, McDonalds of Westmount.

  Been to this location several times and this will be my last. On Tuesday, November 4, 2025 8:15pm I drove up to the drive thru window and the lady on the speaker couldn’t understand me when I was trying to order a small McCafé beverage (there was no menu options of it on the kiosk screen), she told me to drive up to the first window and I double checked to see if they would have a menu to help me decide once I got up to the first window as I don’t know the McCafe options well- so I proceeded. After driving up, the lady at the first window couldn’t tell me the options I had, she didn’t even know her own menu so I asked to have a manager help me. Darnell the manager came to the window, I explained the situation and he started helping me with drink options. Not even 5 minutes had gone by and the white car behind me starts honking excessively at me to the point I can’t hear Darnell. I ask Darnell what was going on and he confirmed there’s a car honking at me, we try to continue on but I can’t concentrate or hear him from the constant honking, so I thought it best to let the guy behind me know that I hadn’t ordered yet- so I got out of my car to let him know the situation and he started calling horrible names that pertain to females and started shouting more profanities at me. I didn’t say anything back just went back to my car, where the driver proceeded to further shout at me from his car and I was distraught, basically getting threatened by an unhinged man in the drive thru. Darnell did nothing, he told me that he can’t control other people from getting upset because I WAS TAKING TOO LONG!?!? Yet it was his employee that told me to pull up to the window and his employee that couldn’t tell me what menu options I had to choose from. I was feeling unsafe from the man behind me I couldn’t order and I told Darnell this was wrong! He told me to pull over in the parking lot and come inside, so I pulled into the parking lot and the lunatic behind me follows me into the parking lot and swears more obscenities at me. I didn’t feel safe after that experience and the management did NOTHING to help me. Harassment is tolerated and encouraged by management doing nothing. 0 stars, proved to me you don’t care about anyone’s safety. Reached out to head office and got NO FOLLOW UP. Will update if they do contact me.

  I went through drive through last week. I ordered chicken wrap and fries. Instantly pulled forward. Waiting for 20 minutes!! We went back through drive through to make sure they didn’t forget about us. They are all confused about our order. We go back today to use a coupon they give us for waiting - and they pulled us forward again. Wait was not long, only cause there was NOTHING fresh. The nuggets were rubber and the poutine had like half a pump of gravy on it. I’ve been going to this McDonalds for so long, Just now it’s been turning to shit.

  I honestly don’t even know where to start with how absolutely disgusting and disappointing this McDonald’s is. The last time I came here, I literally bit into a green fry — not just a little discolored, I mean bright green, like it had grown its own ecosystem. It looked like it had a mole on it, for crying out loud. I told myself maybe it was a one-time thing, but clearly, that was me giving this place way too much credit. Today, I came back, got a drink, and guess what? I ended up drinking a bug. An actual bug. At this point, I’m convinced this McDonald’s is some kind of experiment in how disgusting food service can get before people start protesting outside. The staff act like they couldn’t care less — rude, dismissive, and it’s like you’re bothering them just by existing. The floors are filthy, sticky, and look like they haven’t seen a mop since 2015. Everything feels greasy, grimy, and completely unkept. Honestly, if there were an award for “Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever,” this place would win hands down. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.
