  Today I visited this McDonald’s location with my brother and ordered one Grilled Spicy Wrap and one Spicy Chicken Habanero Sandwich. When I tried the Chicken Habanero sandwich, it was not spicy at all. The grilled wrap had a nice chicken flavor, but the chicken did not taste fresh. I went to the counter to let the staff know and stood there for about 10 minutes, but no one helped me or even asked if I needed anything. The staff were focused only on drive-thru and take-away orders and completely ignored customers inside the restaurant. After waiting another 10 minutes, a manager finally spoke to me. He simply said that the sandwich is spicy and handed it back to me without checking or offering a solution. This was very poor service. Staff need better training on: • Customer service and communication • Paying attention to in-store customers, not only drive-thru • How to properly handle complaints and check food quality Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I expected much better service

  Unfortunately, the tables were very dirty when I arrived. I asked the staff several times to clean a table, but it took about ten minutes before it was finally cleaned. During this time, I had to stand and wait. Due to the delay and the situation, I decided to take my order home.

  Me and a friend went to get her food for her and her kids after she finished work. We ordered 2 chicken nugget (sweet and sour to dip) happy meals with small fries and chocolate milk, a chicken bacon wrap with crispy chicken meal with the hash bites and a large vanilla ice coffee with an extra hashbites and sour cream and onion sauce on the side... I knew I should have had her check the order. Instead she got home to 1 order of a sad mix of fries and hash bites and the other was missing sauces were missing and the food wasn't fresh. When I called to find out what happened I was met with rudeness and accused of lying and told to bring the receipt. THEY NEVER GAVE A RECEIPT! When I asked for the name of the manager on duty I was told there wasnt one and the last manager left about 15 minutes before I called. So disappointing

  Low quality food for high quality cost. Spent 5 mins waiting at window, then told to pull into lot 1, and have to wait another 5 mins, No big deal... But when the fries are cold after that kind of wait... thats a big deal. I dont know what took so long to make a quarter pounder blt and fries. But for 16$ you'd expect a little bit of quality. It was the most poorly put together burger I had ever recieved. The top bun was crushed into 2 pieces as i opened the box and there was so much mayo smeared everywhere on this thing. I should have known this would be what to expect when you see the overall reviews for this place.
