Visited yesterday, outside side weather was -25^C and I felt cold inside the store more even I wear my beanie 🤧. I don’t know how the employees work there, seems like owner and supervisors don’t care about customers + employees. Felt really bad🥲

Here lies the Riverbend Square McDonald’s, graveyard of hash browns and champion of wrong orders. Three straight years of Uber Eats roulette with a flawless record of failure. Burgers have arrived minus buns. Drinks vanish. Sauces play hide and seek. Hash browns disappear with the consistency of a magic trick nobody asked for.
The only reason orders still route through this spot comes from autopilot fatigue. One missed tap on the app and fate drags breakfast through Riverbend instead of Windermere, where basic competence still draws breath. Windermere sends full meals. Riverbend sends mysteries.
Folks, A hangover craves two things. Grease and reliability. Riverbend offers neither. Breakfast bags arrive light and it appears the hash browns joined witness protection. The bag itself carries more confidence than the contents.
Service timing runs with bold ambition. Food leaves early, arrives early, yet accuracy sits on a witness stand under oath and still lies.
Restaurant branding promises billions served. Riverbend Square McDonald’s promises surprise, disappointment, and a recurring lesson in double checking order locations.
Final rating rests at 2 stars for effort, mostly due to Windermere existing as a reminder of how breakfast ought to function. If hunger strikes and Riverbend appears on the app, cancel fast and run in any other direction, preferably toward an order where your haha browns actually show up.
I would add a photo but there’s no hash browns to photograph. (Also I wouldn’t be writing this)
