Hey manager for this location please train your crew how to remove the ice if the customer requested it. Very poor customer service!!!!!!

We had this issue once before but I gave the benefit of the doubt that things happen, but now 3 orders of fries are completely missing. (I get they're just french fries but I would expect as a consumer to get what I paid for) This is ridiculous, do not recommend ordering from this location since they cannot make full meals properly for their guests... Absolutely horrible
