  We certainly wish we were able to order and get food. Drive thru workers skipped us after waiting in line for 5 minutes. When we pulled around to order, since we weren't given the chance in line, we were told it wasn't possible. The manager argued and said we were never ignored and accused us of skipping the line to order. Do not recommend, will not return. Find new staff with proper customer service training.

  Absolutely appalling service and cold food! I ordered pancakes through the drive-thru only to discover when I got home that they had forgotten the butter and maple syrup. Seriously, how do you forget the essential items for pancakes? ​I drove all the way back, and the reception I received was completely unwelcoming. When I politely explained the situation and mentioned that the original pancakes were now cold and would be absolutely chilled by the time I got home (it's snowing outside!), they didn't listen to my concerns. ​Instead of an apology or understanding, they just wanted to hand me the missing butter and syrup. They then argued with me for a ridiculous amount of time about getting a fresh order. Eventually, they very rudely made a new batch. ​This store clearly does not accept its mistakes and the staff communicate in an incredibly rude manner. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Do not recommend this McDonald's location. Save yourself the headache and the cold pancakes.

  Went to this McDonald's and honestly it was nasty. The guy making my food (looked like a manager in a grey shirt) had a bracelet literally hanging over the food and wasn't wearing gloves or a hair net. No one in the kitchen was. I asked him nicely to put on gloves and another worker jumped in and got all defensive saying "we don't have to" and "I've worked here 4 vears."" Like.. okay but that bracelet is touching my food?? Also ordered a large McFlurry and it was HALF full. When I asked if that was how they normally do it she said "yes that's how I always do it." We tried to sit in the back where there were clean tables and he yelled from the counter that it was closed.. meanwhile there are people already sitting there. And no ketchup either. I get that chefs don't always wear gloves but this was not that. This was just gross and unprofessional. I honestly didn't even want to eat after seeing all that. Also while we were leaving the guy gave us threatining looks whilst I was carrying my 5 month old in my arm....

  My don was craving McDs as teenagers do . I bribed him with a big Mac to help me complete some household chores . Went to local spot Ordered the new mcveggie burger . I was not super pleased its def more like an actual fried veggie potatoe like patty and a little dry . I would recommend maybe ordering with extra sauce of some type it is nothing like a "burger" per say. It wasnt terrible just not what I expected. Service was ok but they got no sons of Rder wrong . He was still happy with the burger but it wasnt a big Mac, things happen and it was a busier time in the day , we went theough drive thru so didnt realize until we were already back home . Overall this location is usually very quick , professional and I find one with the least mix ups ( with this one time being the exception) . If you are vegan the burger is ok but its not like beyond beef type or " meat " like texture its definitely a fried vegetables patty kind of consistent with like a hash rown patty but thicker / larger .
