We went with a very large group, about 45-50 youth and young adults. The staff was efficient and got our orders swiftly out.

It's McDonald's what can I say. Though, I gotta admit the prices aren't worth for what you get anymore. But that's expected with inflation.

Couldn't get served at the counter. The lady was to busy with drive through that she couldn't or didn't even. Acknowledge me Inside.

Check your food before you leave drive thru!
The employee's have consistently messed up my orders. When you call in to tell them, they ask you to come back. If i had the time to come back i wouldn't be using drive thru.
The employee's need retraining in how to take an order and prepare the food
Management needs to enforce quality control and come up with a better way to compensate for giving the wrong order. One that doesn't further inconvenience the customer.
