  Theres a lady working behind the counter making food for people who is clearly and obviously quite sick. Walked out. Send your people home if they're not feeling well, you're going to make others sick. Pretty common sense stuff.

  I went to McDonald’s on Calgary Trail earlier and Maine was so welcoming and friendly. She always makes sure the service is good, and she even offered me a seat while I was waiting for my food for about 3 minutes. You can really tell she cares about the customers and wants everyone to feel comfortable. It honestly made my visit better and I really appreciated her kindness.

  We held my daughter's birthday party at the play place here and I was very pleased with how everything turned out. I called a few days before to ask if we were allowed to use the space, person I spoke with said of course and that they could even reserve the long table in the play place 14 days prior to the event. Unfortunately it was too late for me then so I decided to just chance it and hope it wasn't very busy. Friday evening came along and we were very lucky that there was no one at the play place when we arrived (one family was just on their way out). I felt bad ordering for our group because I literally heard the people in the kitchen already in the midst of preparing another large order but they got our food out within 15 minutes and everything was correct (9 happy meals, 24 sandwiches, 5 large fries). The space comfortably fit over 20 adults and 10 kids in our party (plus there were I think two other families that came in after us and they each had a table). What amazed me was the sound proofing of the play place; when you leave the area to go to the main dining room, you literally cannot hear ANYTHING from inside (and that was with over 10 kids screeching inside). Overall everyone had a great time and it was nice giving our kids McDonald's play place party memories like we had when we were younger haha

  I came here to order a double quarter pounder blt, large fries and a large Coke Zero and so I thought the order was confirmed correctly only to be met at the window with the wrong order “quarter pound with cheese medium fries and a large Coke Zero” so I had to correct him and I said “double quarter pounder blt with large fries and large Coke Zero” so he re-iterates what he hears “double Big Mac with large fries large Coke Zero?” So again I had to correct the order, I pay for my order and get my food and see that instead of just remaking my double quarter pounder blt they just threw another patty on top of the tomatoes and pickles and jam packed my fries into its sleeve which usually there is more fries for a large order? Service here has gone down hill and I don’t recommend ordering from here as it’s been consistently inconsistent.
