Ordered online picked up through drive thru, called in as things were missing and food items cold. Man on phone said someone would call me back in a few mins... 2 hours later no call back. If it was just my order whatever but a kids meal without a toy to a child is a sad child and cold fast food is just nasty... the fact no one called me back is suler poor customer service and I will not be back to location and I advise others to avoid as well unless you like missing items, cold food and poor customer service.

Ive been to this location a few times over last 4 years and I don't go out of my way to go to it. The service is very slow and sometimes orders get mixed up or just done wrong purposely. Like take just coffe for instance large double double come back black or up to 5 to 7 minutes wait time. The managers/owner's are very rude to customers and especially to their employees. They yell at their customers and really get carried away with employees and all the hire up in supervisors, management do this and when it comes to employees they really don't care who's in the restaurant when they put down or call down or shame the employees. They yell and call names that is not a professional manner. There's no reason to treat employees like tthey are dogs or slaves. Employment standards and what laws come with it is thrown out the window at this location. I've heard and seen some pretty bad situations for staff and customers these owners, managers that they have no right to be doing so to us (customers) or to staff that dont have supervisor position or higher. Seen staff go to bathroom to cry or even walked out on them. Yes this location is very clean and sometimes busy and of course staff cleans every minute thst they are not helping in kitchen or cash. And i swesr management runs the cleaning like army bootcamp. Management has laid hands on customers and that's totally unacceptable. I don't come here often due to management rudeness and especially how they treat staff not to mention how slow the service is here and thats management micro it. I as a customer finds this location the worse one in any of the locations ive been to for its rudeness and its treatment from management to its employees and customers. There's always a choice for everyone on they they treat a person and especially when its in a business like this one. Management needs to go and take courses on how to treat everyone who's in the restaurant and especially anger management course.

Don’t ever order delivery on this location. Ordered delivery from the app, aside from waiting too long for the food, they canceled the order without even receiving any notification we just found out through the driver who was clearly waiting there for a long time. And there’s this one male manager or whoever answered the call that works late night who clearly doesn’t know how to do customer service, really bad communication skills lol. Avoid this store if you guys are ordering food via app or any delivery app that they have.

Worst Store Ever Tried Ordering On The Mcdonalds App After Waiting For A while they canceled my order without even informing me or calling me I had to text my delivery driver to ask what was happening and he told me that they said I canceled my order and when I called them they have the guts to tell me that I didn't order anything what kind of stupidity is this I know that it will automatically appear on the system when somone orders so don't tell me that you didn't receive my order when in fact you canceled it yourself.

Will not serve Truckers at the window. Was told they would sell me a coffee but no meal and not to return. Was treated rudely and will not support them in anyway. It’s truckers delivering there crap so they can serve people but truckers are not welcome here
