    I don’t know what kind of people they hire but at drive through I asked for the new Benny wrap. Confirmed at the window before I paid that it was a Benny wrap. Got home and guess what it was a Benny English muffin. What a disappointment.

    This McDonald’s has a convenient and busy location. The service can be a little slow at times, so be prepared to wait a bit longer than usual. I was a bit disappointed not to receive Monopoly stickers on some food items that usually come with them at other locations. Other than that, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite or snack.

    This place clearly doesn’t understand what a drive-through is supposed to be. They take your order, then make you pull into a reserved parking spot and wait. After about 10 minutes, they come out just to tell you they can’t complete your order.

    Tried to get a milkshake. It was soup. The employees asked me 3 times what happened, I explain 3 times and then finally the manager spoke up. He made a second milkshake and that was also soup. The manager apologize and that was it. I asked for a refund and he said no, they made a second soup shake. So bad service, food I could not eat and no refund. Mc Donalds used to have service for these things. Even a couple of coupons would have been ok. But absolutely nothing on top of bad and rude service .

    If I could leave a zero stars review then I would. I haven't had to return my food in a long time and get a refund. They told me to pull off to the side so they could give me "fresh fries", the coke tasted like the machine was dirty so I went back thru the drive thru and they brought my order while I waited for the line so I could switch my drink flavour and the fries were neither fresh or full. The guy was so unprofessional and stole 0.75 cents from me when refunding my money he only refunded 13.89, didn't bother giving me my 0.25 cent bag fee or 0.50 cent charge for the large fry either. Worst experience I've had at a McDonald's in years.. please don't go here and bring your business elsewhere.
