  This place obviously doesn't care about their reviews. They screwed up my order.Then I called in the lady answered.And I started to explain the problem , and she hung up on me. Then I called again a few times over the next hour and they would not answer at ten o'clock at night. Jeez , they must have been having a supper rush. The Lady forgot half my food. Forgot the extras on the food and was super rude telling me I didn't order it.And I even showed her the receipt , but when I got home , I found it was still missing stuff. I just can't get over how rude this place is.The people who work here are here for a reason. You could not get a minimum wage job treating people like that anywhere else. McDonald's is the only place where they can treat you like garbage and feed you garbage and Just keep coming back for more and on top of that they keep making the food cheaper and cheaper using lower quality ingredients all the time and cutting every corner.They can , yet we keep coming back. If I ran a place like that I would treat the customers like garbage also. Anyone who keeps going back is garbage

  Kenroy helped me with an issue I had with my online order. He fixed the issue and I recieved a fresh and delicious meal. Thank you very much Kenroy!

  Very slow service, took 20 mins for 2 burgers.even for taking order they took 5 mins after we were there at the window. Needs to hire more employees if you guys are busy as it seems only few are working

  Ordered food took more time than usual, due to very cold weather I suppose. Priority was serving people in drive through.

  Expectations for McDonald's are fairly low, we very rarely eat fast food, but we made the stop today. We placed the order and waited 30 minutes at the assigned curbside pickup. Finally I went in and was handed our meals after seeing them sitting there for 5 minutes. The food was entirely cold. I felt like warm food was the least they could do for two meals totalling 38.00. I went back inside and asked for warm food. The staff member begrudgingly replaced my fries but not the actual meal. McDonald's isn't exactly fine dining but cold McDonald's is not edible. Such a waste.
