  EVERYONE except MAXXWELL sucked ! Came in for some chicken and poutine ! However whatever we got was not good .. I wish I could give them 0 stars.. first you order extra crispy.. they wait 15 minutes while you wait to TELL YOU that now it’s ANOTHER 25 minutes wait for extra crispy.. umm I am sorry but if you have an order come in and no one else in the place why can’t you say right away? Then we get our food and I wish I have taken picture of the chicken poutine.. it looked like a big blop of chunky gravy just dropped on top.. I opened the poutine and asked them if they would eat it if they got it.. they said no.. EXCEPT THE manager who said it’s just poutine.. mind you she just went somewhere middle of her shift and they had to call her because I asked for my money back.: then once she got there she seemed annoyed and asked what is the problem then told me she can only give me cash and not return it to my card.. so again EVERYONE was just not competent or concern that the food looked like blobs expect MAXXWELL.. you are doing amazing and I am sorry you have to work with horrible people.. everyone don’t go to that location unless you want to be served inedible food and treated poorly by the rest of the staff

  The Most Disappointing “Snack Wrap” I’ve Ever Seen Let me save you the trouble: don’t fall for the “2 for $5 snack wrap” deal at KFC. I swear the wraps I got wouldn’t have fed a toddler. When I opened them, I genuinely thought they forgot the chicken. The “tender” inside was so paper-thin it made a Taco Bell taco shell look thick. This wasn’t a whole chicken tender cut into slices — I know what a real tender looks like, and this thing was more like a sad little shaving of chicken thrown in out of pity. It didn’t even cover the wrap! I’m talking blank space, tortilla with nothing happening, just vibes. When I complained, they did give me my money back — which I appreciate — but the excuse that “it comes like that from the manufacturer” did nothing to change the fact that this “wrap” was basically a tortilla with hopes and dreams. Bottom line: If you’re expecting an actual snack wrap with real chicken, save your money (and your disappointment). These things were an absolute letdown.

  I’m not one to put up complaints usually but this one I felt the need to. Ordered a 3 piece chicken with a small poutine. What I got was 3 pieces of chicken that were so over done in old oil that the skin peeled off like a crispy cardboard box and the chicken was dark brownish on the inside of the chicken pieces. Horrendously terrible, so pretty much tossed that out after salvaging what was edible. The poutine was pretty much the same as the chicken. The gravy was clumpy and very whitish in colour, so cold that the cheese curds barely if at all melted. The taste was so off that it was tossed. I should have gone to the counter and inquired why everything besides the dr.pepper was the same look as a gas station quality meal. Even the gas stations put more effort into the product. I was so stunned by how bad this was . Afterwards my stomach was gurgling and disgusted in what I had eaten. Never again would I step foot in side this store. I’ve had bad kfc before but nothing like this one. I’d be afraid to find out how bad the kitchen is if a food inspector comes in there for an inspection. Btw one star is one to many for my experience, should be able to give zero but can’t.

  I ordered 2 (4 pc) meals last night Nov1/25. after waiting 15 mins too get my order, i took it home , and discovered that the chicken was so greasy we could only eat 4 of the 8 pcs, the fries were covered in grease and cold, I through the rest out , i will never step in that KFC again. soooo bad

  I really had a very bad experience with this place. I know it's a franchise, but they should be careful with what they sell because they're destroying the KFC brand. 1. When I ordered my 10-piece chicken, the menu shows two options, but when you place the order, they only give you one option because it's the one they have made. 2. The 10-piece chicken order comes with three sides, from which you can choose: onions, fries, salad, or mashed potatoes. When you get your order, they don't give you what you ordered, and by not doing what you asked for, they give you the wrong order. 3. The chicken wasn't tasty; it's full of oil they use for frying, which is obviously too old, or their ovens are never cleaned. Also, the breading on some pieces of chicken tasted like raw flour. In conclusion, it's a lot to say about a place like this when you have a bad experience, and despite the fact that this place was recently remodeled, their sales team continues to do things wrong.
