Staff are frindly, but they are very understaffed, and even if you ask specifically for fres fries etc. they often ignore and food is often cold. Hey Management, get some more staff so your employees can do a better job! Very poor, which my s too bad, as I would frequent here if I wasn't stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes each time. Went inside, and every table was filthy!
