I ordered takeout, and not only was my food ice cold, my Big Crunch had like zero lettuce—just a sad, empty bun wondering where its dignity went. I had ordered mega fries and somehow ended up with regular fries, which is like buying a ticket to a blockbuster movie and being shown someone’s home video instead. And then came the real emotional damage: my individual popcorn chicken was maybe 3/4 full. Pathetic. Absolute garbage. As for the atmosphere, I put a zero because there’s not really much I can put for this—for $60 worth of food, I was severely disappointed beyond belief. At this point, the only thing “mega” about my order was my regret. If you’re looking for a dining experience that teaches patience, resilience, and the true meaning of disappointment, this place absolutely delivers. Otherwise, run

At first we waited for an hour because it was closed until 12:30 am. Then they took an order with corn, and later at the checkout they said that it was out of stock. We picked up the order. We opened it at home. The fries were completely stale. The chicken popcorn wasn't very fresh either and was just lying in a box without a bag. This burger is the worst thing I've ever tasted. I almost broke a tooth because I bit into a bone!!! And the meat inside the burger looked dry, you could break your teeth on it!!Even the taste of the burger itself was terrible. I will never go to any KFC again!! We spent almost 50 bucks on this!! And for this money we received the worst service in our lives(

Waited for 40+ min to get my food in the parking lot and wasn’t offered a refund when asked but instead free food which is something I didn’t want on a 60 dollar order. The manger Hardhd needs to hire some more people at night to help the flow of traffic or this place is done for. I will never be coming here again and telling all friends and family to do the same
