    Decided to give this KFC a second try after an unpleasant experience the first time. After “Guest Relations” reached out offering me a “credit of the same amount”. I went in the redeem said credit and the manager was very rude and gatekeeping chicken that isn’t even hers. The manager refused to look at the email I tried showing her nor the receipt from the previous order. The credited amount was supposed to be $29.17. We asked for the ‘6 Piece Festive Favourites Feast’ which you get your choice of 3 sides, 3 sauces for $39.99. (We were more than happy to pay the difference) To our surprise, we received less than that and still had to pay $14.48. As you can tell from the photo, we received fries and gravy as sides (though we weren’t allowed to choose our sides.) nor did we receive any dipping sauces. To add, as you can tell from the photo. Cold, soggy chicken…. Again! When we asked for a receipt. The manager stated that she couldn’t give us one and was very argumentative. We ended up with a credit card receipt from the machine instead of one that shows us what we purchased. This franchise is a complete and utter flop. The employees representing this brand needs retraining.

    I don't eat anymore in KFC because Some KFC chicken especially in mall chicken is so oily. But I try KFC callingwood I was surprised the way they cook chicken its brown and the skin is crunchy. Why is it callingwood cook differently? So from Now on I will eat in KFC callingwood only

    Very disappointed with my take out. Called the restaurant for a pick up order which they said it will be a 25 min wait, I agreed and gave them enough time about an hour after I came to the restaurant to pick up the order and paid upfront. As soon as I sat down to wait for my order, the staff told me it wasn’t ready. There was no order made under my name and If i want it will be another 25 min wait. Such a waste of time. I don’t recommend this location.

    DISGUSTING!! Just ordered Big Crunch combo. Looks as though it was cooked 4 hrs ago then deep fried again in oil that has not been changed in eons. Should look golden not like used motor oil! Do your jobs properly and change the oil for heavens sake. Wonder what food inspectors would find. I actually worked at KFC many, many years ago when food was actually good. I’d have taken it back but of course already home.I have never had Church’s chicken but I’m going to give it a go next time.Never going back to KFC. Whoever manages it should be FIRED. No pride at all. I have never posted a review ever but I absolutely had to in this case.

    I’ve been a regular at this KFC for a while and used to really enjoy coming here, but after my last few visits, I’m completely disappointed and frustrated. Over the past week or so, my friends and I have used the “First Buckets on Us” deal a few times. The first visit, we ordered the 4 Can Dine (8 tenders), plus the “First Buckets on Us” deal (6 tenders), and a coupon for one extra tender we should’ve received 15 tenders total. When we got home, there were only 12. We didn’t make a big deal of it at first. A few days later, we went back, told the staff about the missing tenders, and were told the missing 3 would be added to our next order. But when we checked the bag that time, there were only 14 tenders instead of 17 as we were promised. We were confused and disappointed but stayed polite. Today, I decided to use the deal myself. The team members at the counter were kind and helpful, but when the manager came out, everything went downhill fast. He was immediately rude and dismissive, accusing us of “abusing the deal,” which was shocking and completely uncalled for. I asked for his name so I could report the incident properly, and he refused, saying, “I don’t have to tell you my name.” Then he quickly walked off into the kitchen to avoid the conversation altogether. It was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I’ve worked in customer service myself, and I’ve never seen a manager treat loyal customers with that kind of disrespect. When I got home and checked my food, I also noticed something off several tenders looked way thinner than usual, and it honestly seemed like they had been cut in half, re-battered, and fried again. Whether it was intentional or not, it looked bad and felt dishonest. I’ve always liked this location and the regular staff, but the way the manager handled things was unacceptable. If this is how management treats repeat customers, I can’t see myself returning unless there’s some serious improvement.
