  My husband went to this KFC location, and they have machines to order your food. Which is different so he asked the worker, do I have to use a machine to order or can I order with you and the guy literally points to the machine and doesn’t say anything. My husband said okay but I need to request the chicken to be cooked longer. (I like my meat well done.) and they said they can’t do that. They can’t put the chicken in the deep fryer for an extra 2 minutes ? Who is running this business ? I need to make a head office complaint, these people are ruining their name.

  Thier food is the dishwater its the diarrhea of delight rubberized chicken meat n yet people go buy it it was once K F C finger licking good once now its eat K F C today n get the dishwater diarrhea tomorrow 🤣🤣😂😂

  don’t lie and say you open at 9 if your management and employees are to lazy to show up & get the deep fryer and gravy ready for opening. ‘open when 9am cravings hit’ literal false advertising ✨ told my partner it’d be 20 minutes for chicken and 40 minutes for gravy which shows you don’t even turn the fryers on before open so they are ready ! poorly ran kfc location.

  I have moved back into the neighborhood. I was there last night 01-28-2006 I was totally not impressed with 1 - the chicken was terrible. 2 old stale drum sticks, 1 old and stale chicken wing, I newer drum stick. 2 - the fries were hard and cold. 3 - the young man at the till was throwing my food and everyone else's around like it was baggage. The receipt says I got 5 Ketchup i got zero zero 3 napkins I got zero. My fountain drink was cold and fresh because I poured it myself. Not a good all around experience like I had the previous 2 visits. I have not boycotted you yet. This is strike 1 of 2. I always give places a second chance. Hope the next visit it better. !!!

  We got to the restaurant and saw two people walking to the pizza by the slice place two doors down. We went in to KFC to order and there was one other person in the restaurant. I placed a “Takeout” order on the self serve machine. I waited 21 minutes before my food was ready (two wraps, two sides and a drink). It came on a tray and I had to tell them it was a take out order. After they placed the food in the bag I had to ask for my cup for my drink. When we were exiting the restaurant we saw the same two people who were going to the pizza by the slice place coming out empty handed - they paid, ate and left all in the same time we waited for our food.
