  Their phone never works, also never have any chocolate milk as advertised in the kids bucket!!! Always a frustrating experience here

  I usually like KFC, but the quality at this location has really dropped again. I stopped by on Thursday night and received tiny, dry pieces of chicken that felt like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The staff also seemed like they didn't want to be there—very slow and indifferent service. It’s hard to justify the cost when the food and service are this subpar.

  We occasionally come here for a supper in a pinch for the family. This evening was a frustrating experience, ordered the 10 piece bucket with 3 sides (all fries). Was told will be 10 minutes. There were only 2 people ahead of me. I received my order at least 45 minutes later. Walk in orders after me received their orders quicker. The online orders and the Skip type orders also seemed to get in ahead of me for some weird reason even though the Skip type folks made a big fuss to the manager. I patiently waited and seemed the individual who was putting the orders in the bags seemed to every confused looking at the screen and placing items in bags, often removing items and just seemed more focused on the Skip and online orders. The person who seemed to be the manager was busy running between the till and drive thru window so I couldn’t really stop her and talk to her. Eventually the manager said to the confused bagger person the 10 Piece and 3 fries you need to do that one! Eventually got my order an took it home. Food was ok but for some reason we got many drumsticks and only 2 pieces of non drum sticks although I think there were more than 10 pieces. Too bad usually it’s pretty good here in our neighborhood KFC!

  40 mins for a drive thru, only two vehicles in front of me. When I went to the window, guess what? They didnt even make my order!! This is the worst drive thru experience ever. 1 star wouldnt justify this experience.

  I recently visited this branch, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the evening staff—they’re absolutely fantastic! Every time we visited we’re greeted with warm smiles and efficient service that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Specially, Ekpreet stands out for consistently providing us with hot, fresh meals that taste like they just came out of the fryer. No soggy fries or cold chicken here; everything is perfectly crispy and delicious. The customer service is exceptionally well, with the team going above and beyond to ensure our orders are accurate. If you’re in the area during the evening, this crew makes KFC a go-to spot. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way.
