DO NOT GO. Last year my review was 3 stars, now it's a solid 1. Long line up of cars and line up of people inside at 6pm with maybe 1-2 staff working. Everyone in line left after a customer said they have been waiting over 30 minutes for their order.

I did not receive my order. The order number is 1473.
I placed an order at KFC Grange, 2474 Guardian Road NW, Edmonton, AB T5T 1K8 at 3:00 PM.
I called the restaurant to follow up, and the staff member told me the order “left 10 minutes ago.”
However, 30 minutes passed and nothing arrived. I called again—no answer. I called a second time—still no answer. By 4:00 PM, a full hour after placing my order, I still had no delivery and no updates.
When I called them again and finally the lady answered my call. I asked where my order was, the response I received was, “I don’t know.” That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the tracking system was not working from the moment I ordered, so I had absolutely no way to see where my delivery was or whether it was even on the way.
I requested a refund, and I was told it would take 2–3 days, meaning I won’t receive it until February 6 or 7. After this entire experience, I am extremely disappointed.
This has been the worst service experience I’ve had with KFC.

The people who work at this KFC never get one order right. They seem to forget items. I wonder if it is just me or are there other people having the same issues, this seems to be a problem every where. I think English classes not going so well for they do not understand what a person is saying for the orders to be wrong ...
