I want to start with the positive: the staff were genuinely friendly, and service was fast. No complaints there. Portions & Expectations My son ordered a sandwich combo, and the portion of chicken in the sandwich was surprisingly small—honestly, it reminded me of a basic fast-food cheeseburger in size, not what we expected from KFC. Price vs. Value I ordered six chicken strips and two drinks, plus fries as part of my son’s combo, and the total came to $37.24. For nearly $40, this was not worth it at all. Taste & Quality The chicken strips were completely bland—no real seasoning or flavor. Even the Southern Plum dipping sauce didn’t add much besides sweetness. The fries also felt soft and low quality. A Note to the Team To the workers there: thank you for being kind and quick. I don’t get the sense this is all on the front-line staff. This feels more like a pricing / portion / product consistency issue. Please don’t take this review as a hit on your effort—your service was appreciated. Final Take Maybe this is just this particular location, but for us, it was a “never again” experience based on the cost vs. what we received. Receipt (Receipt photo attached.)
