  Been here couple of times but never encounter such a very welcoming manager. She's the only one wearing name tag whereas every team does. Thank you Vin.

  New Years eve and there were about 6 people waiting for food. As we entered our order on the kiosk. A male employee came out from the back and informed us he was locking the front door and we had to use thr emergency exit to leave. Only problem is that the 3rd Party Drivers didn't have access, nor any customers for a Restaurant that's supposed to be open. Yes, its New Year's Eve, but the posted hours are the posted hours. Have some respect for your customers, for crying out loud.

  Food wasn't cooked service was real bad and the store looks like they haven't cleaned it in months plus there bugs in the bathroom worst place ever

  I visited the KFC at 178 St.(it was not busy during my visit)I placed my order through the kiosk, paying immediately. A family ordered at the same time and finished eating before I even received my order. After waiting about 15 minutes, I approached the counter. There was one staff in the drive-thru, another in the kitchen filtering fryers, and another staff busy on her phone close to the drive thru window. The staff on the phone noticed me but ignored me for several minutes before finally asking if I had ordered. When I told her I used the kiosk, she just checked the ticket printer. By that time, the family who ordered with me had already finished eating, and im still waiting for my order. Later, another staff member approached me, and I asked if she were the manager. That’s when I realized I was actually speaking to the female manager. She asked why I was asking, and I explained that I had been waiting for a long time because the staff prioritized pre-closing over attending to a customer. Overall, my experience was very disappointing due to inattentive staff and poor customer service. The manager on the othe hand she was calm and seems hard worker but she needs to direct her staff they should know what to prioritized and be attentive to the customer.

  Worst drive thrue, waiting at parking for almost 30 mins for the foods. To the franchisee of this KFC. Hope you reads all the negative comments here. Never comeback again. 😡
