Unacceptable. There is multiple bad reviews. Who is the owner and why are they not addressing these issues. Im telling everyone I know not to go here. Looked like it was steamed. didn't look appealing. I had to throw them in the air fryer for awhile to get them like cooked and crispy, and the Coleslaw was sour and strong taste. Will not return there

Ordered online. Took 15 ish minutes to even get to the intercom at the drive through. Person who we spoke to sounded like they didn’t even know our order. Then proceeded to say that the chicken fingers would take 10 minutes. So, despite the website indicating that our order was being prepared, clearly it wasn’t. 25 minutes later finally at the window. Get told 5 mins for food. We were stuck waiting by the window for 30 mins. Meanwhile, we can see the crew inside moving slower than molasses, laughing and joking around. Worst KFC experience ever. They’re open 24 hours now. Thought we’d get some late night food. It ended up being just the most frustrating experience. Don’t bother coming here if this is the kind service they give. Thank you for wasting everyone’s time. You’d think after the inconvenience, they’d at least package the food properly. It looks like they just dumped the chicken in the box along with lots of excess grease. See the picture. The fries and chicken fingers weren’t even fresh. You’d think after being made to wait a ridiculous amount of time the food would at least be hot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!
