  Honestly this has to be the worst KFC I have ever seen. I have had many issues with this location including 20mins in the drive thru for one sandwich. This was my most recent visit: Ordered a box meal and knowing it comes with a small side salad I asked if it could be upsized to a large. They told me it would be an extra charge which I expected and that parts fine. Told it’s going to be a 10min wait for the sandwich which is insane for a fast food restaurant. I get to the window and get my food after paying and see that they only gave me a small side and when I questioned that it was meant to be a large I’m told that they can’t do that. Even after I told them what they said to me on the speaker they argued with me and refused to budge saying they were talking about the drink being upsized as the extra charge. Not sure how macaroni salad could be confused with Pepsi. Again absolutely the last time I even bother with this location but wanted to share this so others don’t waste their time as I can see it’s pretty common after reading some other comments. Workers don’t care about the service at this location. (Edit) After getting home and opening up the sandwich box this has to be the sadist chili crunch sandwich I have ever seen. Pretty sure it’s not even the proper chicken for this sandwich.

  We are soo disappointed with this store. Worst customer service 😒. Around 9pm at that time , we are about to order from the staff (lady) , she doesn't have any greetings at all. Just stand at the counter for maybe 2 minutes to get our order while we are deciding what we are going to order she just left us without saying " excuse me, I'll leave you just a minute while you are deciding for your order". Rude! She just left us hanging without saying anything at all. So, me and my wife decided to go to Mary's Brown instead to buy our food. Never gonna come back to this store again. One word of advice , take care of your customers well so that they will always come back to you , give your best to them . 😉 You know the power of "Word of mouth". Spreading the good things about your store to others so that they will come back to you.

  I went into KFC and had an issue at the counter. When I was paying, I thought I had already given the cashier my coupon, but she told me I should have given it to her before. I said “my bad,” and then I asked if I could still use it. She said it was okay and that the difference was “only $2.” But when I checked my receipt later, I saw I was actually charged about $3 extra instead of getting the discount. I left disappointed because the coupon should have been applied correctly.

  I thought this was a combo spot with a taco bell? I guess not. Ive not been inside n only use drive thru. Wait time was normal.
