I came on Saturday night around 10:30 PM and ordered a regular classic poutine with some garnishing on it. Firstly there’s a long line up on drive thru and also wai for more than 10 minutes. When I arrived to drive thru window. There’s a girl who attend me and she gives me my meal without any garnishing. And I go back again to complaining about this. And she deals with me with another poutine with cold fries without any guilt. Next night, I do doordash. When I go to drive thru. Again line up more than 7 cars in waiting. After 15 minutes of wait in line up I canceled the order!

You can tell he truly cares about his business, as he goes around greeting every customer, making sure orders are being made correctly and in a timely manner, and ensuring the establishment is always clean. It’s rare to see this type of hands-on care for a fast food franchise. I always leave impressed with the quality of service I receive.

He didn’t skip a beat in verbalizing order changes ,when an error was made he quickly resolved the issue at hand. Wasn’t my order but the way he handled everything was impeccable.
