Chicken nuggets were very obviously something that got cooked multiple times and passed off as freshed. They were hard like a rock.. Absolute waste of money, would've been better off eating two day old mcdonald's.. Also NOT small kid friendly, there's no baby changing tables anywhere and also not handicap friendly, there's no handicapped parking.

Best way I can think to describe it... After trying it I opened up the sour cream to add to my baked potato.... I now will be throwing it all out because I don't know if the gravy is off too. #3. The Turkey was dry. Good news! The Festive turkey sandwich was Yummy otherwise and the filling really helped counter the dryness of the turkey.... Service 3 stars because we thought drinks would be with a pricy meal like that but nope and we weren't asked. Atmosphere 1* Whack a Mole for the The specials screen. NOT FUN! If he didn't want Swiss chalet I would have walked away. I've searched for the receipt I thought I kept but I suspect someone grabbed it and thew it out before I could put it away. EDIT. - VMVirgil MendozaDec 1, 20251.0There was a young man taking a large group order at the cash register on the Harvey's side of this restaurant. My daughter and I were next in line. The young woman at the register on the Swiss Chalet/Take-out Order side to the right of us decided to take orders from the customers behind us instead of taking order. I thought that's fine, she'll probably take our order as soon as she's finished with theirs. Instead she went to the far end of the restaurant counter and completely ignored us. In other words she descriminated against us. The young guy on the other hand was the complete opposite of her. He was polite and nice to us and I asked him if the manager was in because I wanted to complain about this young woman. He told me that the manager was off and he pointed at the nice lady who was the acting manager that evening. I proceeded to tell my complaint to her and she apologized to us about the character of this employee. The acting manager even compensated us with 2 free slices of pie. The picture I attached to this review is of that employee with the terrible attitude. The 1 star for service is for this horrible employee. The acting manager and that young man get 5 stars from me.
