He called IT, kept on it till my complaint was fixed which was about 2 weeks. Now I’ve dealt with managers before when complaining and usually just leave not any better than before cause I’m not a Karen, however Harry went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I talked to him every day till it was fixed and his patience and customer service skills are outstanding. Thank you Harry for making a terrible situation way less stressful and every time since, wonderful and your always with a smile.
