The website and 5 guys app was non functional (probably because of the volume of orders due to the promo) so I decided to stop in and see if they would honor the deal in store (Capilano Edmonton location at 4:30 pm, Female Filipino manager on duty) I was given every excuse to not have the deal honored and lied to about the parameters of the promotion (from being told that there was an individual code emailed to every customer, yet it was all over the internet) and told that I was out of luck. I will not be coming here ever again to give them my business going further. One thing to not be ready for a landmark promotion day, another to throw it in your customer's face and belittle them for at least trying to give them their business and ask them to honor their promotion.

Don't tend to go to fast food type places ,but the people i was with said let's try it,,the ATTENTION to detail preparing the actual burger by the manager was extreme ,they freaking care that it's perfectly made and yes outstanding ..had a double,cheese bacon ..next level $11 quarterpder 1 patty is 9 .it's a no brain bigger better ,👍🏻🙌🏻👌🏻will definitely be going back❤️😋

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
