Tonite, as well as last month, we ordered takeout, we only live literally a couple minutes from 5 Guys so its a super quick drive. Tonite & last time we ordered, we brought the food home and it was all cold, plus the fries were a bit old, not super fresh. For years they used to have impeccable service and quality.. our fries were hot and fresh even when we got home. Lately 5 Guys service and quality have both been lacking. Their standards have dropped since they hired new people. It seems like the workers arent trained well or they simply dont care or have pride in the position. We plan to stay away for a while and hope that when/if we do return in couple months to give them one more final chance, we’ll see if they improved or not. As of right now, we were disappointed. Even their cleanliness has gone down. Their bathrooms arent as pristine as they used to be. Its dusty and dirty which is concerning because you know if they dont keep the bathroom perfect, they simply dont care anymore. Bums me out because I always bragged up this location, always telling people to go there bcuz they were the cleanest, and gave lots of extra fries. Not anymore. Not so clean, got bit stingy on extra fries, fries sitting there cold..cutting corners a bit, poorly trained staff or staff that dont care anymore. ☹️ If they turn it around, I will return and edit this review to a 5 star.
