I found in the DQ/Orange Julius a Latina lady, very nice, pleasant, good service , big smile. I liked how she manage the attention to the customers. Fortunately this store has a person that know the good meaning of customer service. The first time was frustrating, I did not receive good service, not smiles. It was like a machine taking care of my order, the Philippine lady was rude, and not good experience at the first time.
