  I just want to post a warning after multiple incidents have occurred involving my under 18 child and a manager named " Calli" at the DQ in meadows rec center What started 14 months ago has continued to only become a bigger and bigger issue !! This manager sits behind her counter and video tapes the kids in the rec center , she sits around at lunch time and gossips with the high school kids from the near by high school about other people's children,.. This grown women as a shift manager has been bullying my child for 14 months ...... I have called the main store location on 17st 3 times in 7 days and the store manager can't be bothered to return the phone call!!! So beware of what is going on around your children and I would suggest stop supporting this location as they can't be bothered to deal with their staff problem!

  Disastrous food. Got this poutine 2 minutes ago, waited for 7 minutes, cold fries with a tiny bit of gravy on top. And when asked for little more gravy, they charged extra. Don’t mind paying extra for extra food but they should do the right portioning. If I wanted to eat dry fries, wouldn’t ask for poutine.

  July 2025. The white lady with the white hair was being very disrespectful. First off, I was retrieving my free dilly bar from the survey from my receipt, that I clearly should've received since it was my receipt. Then, she proceeded to say that people like me are the ones who are faking to get the dilly bar ( I am a man of colour). Next, she told me close the tab since you cannot use that code again which I proceeded to follow. Then after, she told me show the code but I had already closed the tab as she told me to. Then without my permission, she took my phone and started deleting every tab that was open without my consent. She said the tab with the code would be at the top but since I had the max number of tabs open it was at the bottom. This interaction was very rude and not compassionate. I felt disrespected and disregarded. To clarify who it was she was working on July 17, 2025 at 3 pm.
