My husband drove back today to get the all the ice creams and milkshakes- the reason we ordered on this hot day. No compensation so why the heck would we order over priced meals because we really wanted the ice cream for the kids AND pay a delivery charge if we have to go drive to pick up the other half of our order? 3 chances- you’re out. From working over 15 years in the service industry, I can honestly say Management needs to step in and fix these issues before your clientele gets lost like us.

My husband finally had to tell her stop talking so that we could get it in properly. It took them about 15 minutes to make our Dinner while we were waiting the 15 minutes I was sitting with ice cream in my hand. So by the time we got to leave, our ice cream is already melting. Then my kids got bananas with their dinner and they were disgusting. They were so gross and mushy inside. By far one of the worst experiences at a Dairy Queen.

I ordered from the menu and when i got to the window i was giving the wrong drink, when i politely asked for a replacement the manager was extremely rude and told me i am wasting their products that they gave me incorrectly. The drink they charged me was a couple dollars more than the slushy, although i didnt ask for a refund or money change the manager was still extremely rude. They ended up giving us a watered down slushy. We will never return to this dq location again.

If three hair in your food isn't enough to drive you away, maybe the nasty bathrooms (and the whole place in general) will be enough to make you consider ANY other place!! Left this place still hungry. Ignore the 1 star; 0 star from me.
