  The staff are always nice, bring the food to my table sometimes when I'm busy with my 2 girls and there's been a couple of times I've gotten an extra chicken strip or 2

  Loved the cake from Dairy Queen! The ice cream was creamy, the fudge crunch layer was amazing, and it wasn’t overly sweet. Everyone enjoyed it — perfect for any celebration. 🎂

  Was in this store earlier today. The individual who took my order was extremely impatient when I was at the window, but still understood my order and repeated everything back to me. When I got to the window I was charged a little more than I anticipated, thats when I asked to see a receipt. They had gotten my order wrong and overcharged me. Upon asking for a refund and my proper order the person just stared at me with a blank look saying " I already made it". They clearly did not want to process my refund and were extremely rude. Eventually when I got my refund they refused to put my money back on to the original payment method or card. Overall what could have been a simple mistake that would not have been hard to fix, was turned into a long almost argument and horrible customer service.
