I ordered a caramel sundae and I watched it sit on the counter melting before anyone picked it up. It seemed the young man working making ice cream can't cross over the counter and pass it to you as it's not his job but the job of the waitress who took the order who was busy while he watched it melt ?? What kind of business are you running their Very poor customer satisfaction

The cashier didn’t ask for my rewards card, which caused me to miss out on deals and points — like the mini Blizzard for 85¢ when spending over $1. When I mentioned it, both the cashier and manager said that since I hadn’t presented my card before paying, there was nothing they could do unless I spent more money. Their explanation was that they don’t ask customers for their rewards card because “most customers don’t know to be asked.”
As a customer, I wouldn’t mind being reminded to scan my rewards card — it would actually be appreciated. A simple reminder would help people avoid missing out on promotions and make the experience more positive.
