  I ordered my dinner at the drive-thru today and when I got home the burgers were okay the milkshake was runny like it had been sitting on a counter for 20 minutes not thick like usual and the box of onion rings that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for are in the picture. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this location

  This location sucks! Pay for extras in blizzards and barely get the regular amount Nevermind the extra I pay for. Don’t bother with your standard bot response just do BETTER

  We went in to buy ice cream cupcakes. We had just bought 4 at the DQ in Lewis Estates. For the exact same product the Hamptons locations charged $6 dollars more! I asked the employee and showed him the receipt. He responded with "I just work here". SO disappointing. A total rip off.

  I asked for two wraps with ranch and two without, they all came without sauce. I asked for a side of pickles with vinegar, they forgot it. Found a hair in my food. And i spoke clear at the window but after one sentence they got me to pull to the window. Experience took longer than it needed to be, and our order jsut wasn’t correct.

  This is our neighborhood DQ, and unfortunately the service at this location is extremely disappointing. The cakes often look poorly decorated and lack attention to detail. After seeing the recent cake selection, I chose to visit the Callingwood location instead, where the service is excellent and the cakes are beautifully done. I would not recommend this location if you’re looking for quality or good service.
