Kitchen can't count. Pay for 6 chicken strips and get 4. Just a small, sad handful of onion rings. And they still haven't replaced the intercom. They're always repeating back the wrong food you try to order. Intercom has been like this since they opened years ago only now the speaker is crackly. Don't have this problem elsewhere. Should have gone to McDonald's across the street.

Absolute terrible experience. I go through the drive through and the speaker and mic quality is so bad the person taking my order has no clue what I’m saying and mistakes my order. I ordered a large royal ores blizzard and they thought I had said a Oreo blizzard with skor. Then when I got them to change my order they gave me a cup of mixed up ice cream with no toppings and no fudge that comes with the Royal Oreo blizzard. I drove off without realizing the first time and when I did I drove back around through the drive through. And got them to remake my order. They then proceeded to give me a remade large blizzard with Oreos but with a little ball of fudge tucked way down at the bottom of the blizzard. Dairy Queen advertises the fudge taking up a large portion of the ice cream in the blizzard. I didn’t get what I ordered nor what was advertised this location had gone to crap with the quality of customer service and food quality and what is offered compared to what is advertised, over the last few years and it’s sad to see. I won’t be returning to this location.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 blizzards and ended up driving away without them. There was 4 staff standing there on their phones and didn’t even acknowledge us.

I bought a Smartie Blizzard a couple days ago - the ice cream tasted off so I put it in the freezer. I called that night and no one picked up. Got busy work and called again a couple days later. I told them and offered to bring back the blizzard for the new one. The guys response was “the blizzard is 2 days old that’s why it tastes not right” Not sure why he things I would try a 2 day old blizzard again when it tasted bad in the first place. I will be reporting to health service be careful they may be making ice cream with expired products.
