  Sierra is a queen. Her customer service skills are unmatched she is kind and customer focused. Sierra should be in charge because her customer service skills are miles above the shift supervisors. 10/10 for Sierra. Received a blizzard that we paid for extra Oreo that clearly did not have extra Oreo. When brought to the attention of the shift supervisor she argued that there was in fact extra Oreo and refused to add more. The extra charge is over $1 on top of the astronomical price for the blizzard - when looking at the blizzard it should be clear that extra was added. This was a very disappointing experience. Any interaction that is not directly with Sierra is very disappointing.

  This location is horrible. After giving multiple trys, we go elsewhere now. If you get a blizzard or sundae here it is always half melted and their portions are so inconsistent, sometimes you get a large and its only filled 2/3 of the way full. They also purposely dont flip the blizzards because the ice cream is runny.

  Take caution ordering your birthday cakes from here. I ordered a custom cake to be spray painted orange with royal blue icing with an edible image and the writing in RTU gel icing. I received a poorly spray painted RED cake, regular blue icing, a edible image on top that was poorly laid on and was visibly bubbling, it wasn’t even cut to fit the round shape of the cake and the square of the corners were poking out, and the happy birthday message was printed on (in one line instead of splitting into two lines) with the edible image instead of written with the gel icing. When I told the staff about how disappointed I was, they said they could try to fix it but it was already too late time wise to let them to fix it. They did not offer any compensation for the ugly cake. Will 100% NEVER order cakes from here again and would warn everyone else to go elsewhere.
