I ordered a custom cake to be spray painted orange with royal blue icing with an edible image and the writing in RTU gel icing. I received a poorly spray painted RED cake, regular blue icing, a edible image on top that was poorly laid on and was visibly bubbling, it wasn’t even cut to fit the round shape of the cake and the square of the corners were poking out, and the happy birthday message was printed on (in one line instead of splitting into two lines) with the edible image instead of written with the gel icing. When I told the staff about how disappointed I was, they said they could try to fix it but it was already too late time wise to let them to fix it. They did not offer any compensation for the ugly cake. Will 100% NEVER order cakes from here again and would warn everyone else to go elsewhere.
