  Male drive through person heavily scented with body wash/hand cream/perfume or something. Could not smell my food or shake. The smell was all over the food packaging and got all over my hands. Had to take the food home to move it to other containers outside so I could throw out the food packaging and wash myself before I could eat. The smell still did not leave.

  I usually wouldn't write a review for a fast food restaurant but just had too for this one. If I go for a fast food burger I always go to Burger Baron or Harvey's. I haven't been to DQ for years. I received a $20.00 gift card so I thought I would go in for lunch. The restaurant was empty. I ordered a double cheese burger meal. I asked what condiments you get on the burger. The girl who took my order said you can get whatever condiments you want. I asked for onions & mustard only. When I received my meal it looked like a kiddies meal. My small box of fries were barely warm. The burger was laced with mustard. Only 1/2 slice of processed cheese that I could barely see through the mustard and 2 small thin pickles the size of a quarter and few thin slices of onion. I couldn't taste anything but mustard. I had to ask for salt & pepper for my fries. I was given 1 small package of salt & pepper & 1 packaged ketchup. I for sure thought I would have enough of my $20.00 remaining to have a Blizzard. I wouldn't have had enough left to even have a Medium Blizzard. A medium Blizzard is $8.00! I can buy a 4L pail of ice cream and it doesn't fall out of the pail if I hold it upside down either. I even asked about an ice cream cake to maybe take home. $43.00 for a cake! They must think I play for the Oilers. To make a long story short. No wonder the place was a ghost town and I can't even imagine how a family with 2 kids could go out for a small meal and a birthday treat for over $80.00. The reason I did write this review is that when I looked at my receipt when I got home they upcharged me.49c for my onions that I barely could find in all the mustard!!! Good thing I didn't ask for tomato & lettuce. The girl who served me didn't tell me that there was an upcharge for anything extra that you should already get on a cheeseburger. I will never go to another DQ. I'll just continue to go to Harvey's. They have at least 20 things that you can ask for on your burger and they will load it up. With no upcharge! I don't know how DQ survives and if it was only up to me. The place would remain a ghost town.

  Multiple occasions of getting the wrong order along with rude staff and on top of that making you wait for your food next to the dumpster honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food place.

  Took My Wife there to have two mushroom burgers and we ended up with one mushroom burger and one flamethrower. My Wife cannot have spicy food so I ended up switching it with her. We both agreed the food was horrible and we will never go there again if you are going there, check your order before you leave. This chance you’re very good. They’ve screwed it up.
