  Absolutely love this Dairy Queen in Edmonton! The variety of viral cupcakes they offer is impressive, and I really appreciate how the colors and designs change so often. It makes the experience feel special each time. The team working here is fantastic — always smiling, helpful, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about customers. I’ve had such a great experience every time I’ve visited. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great treats and even better service!

  This DQ location in Edmonton is honestly amazing! They always have such a fun and colorful selection of the viral cupcakes — every time I visit, there’s something new and exciting. I even stopped by twice in one day just to see the different designs! The staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their customer service truly stands out, and they make every visit enjoyable. I’m so happy they’re offering the viral cupcakes here. Definitely one of the best DQ spots in the city!

  Apparently this is the best DQ in Edmonton for doing the viral cupcakes as they're really having a very nice variety, I came here two times in a day and they are having different colors every time which really is very exciting, all the staff here are literally the best!! They're customer service is top notch and always smiling 😊 I am loving that they are having the viral cupcakes here. This dq location is the best literally,so much more than satisfied with my experience!

  This might be Dairy Queen‘s new Ice cream cupcake, but it looks more like Picasso made this. The service the atmosphere and the energy was amazing. I went there not too long before they closed and they were still able to make me one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. This item may be new on the menu, but I wish it was here before best believe I’ll be coming back just for this.

  This isn’t my first time at this location, and unfortunately the customer service is consistently lacking. I’ve visited mostly in the afternoons through the drive-thru and, while the service is usually quick, interactions are minimal—just my order repeated back and the payment machine handed out. No “hello,” “thank you,” or any basic courtesy. Tonight I went in with my partner to ask about the viral DQ Valentine’s cupcake. We waited at the counter for about three minutes after making eye contact with three employees, but no one greeted us or offered to help. When someone finally came over, I politely asked if they had the Valentine’s cupcake and was met with an immediate, harsh “no.” A simple “Sorry, not yet,” or “Not at this location” would have gone a long way. I also ordered a Blizzard, which takes a minute to make, but the whole interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I understand it’s fast food, but basic kindness and customer service shouldn’t be too much to expect. Really disappointing experience.
