I used to love the Cupfections from this location, but lately they’ve charged me more than the listed price and the cups are never filled properly—unlike other Dairy Queen stores. When I spoke to the manager, she just said ‘ it depends on who makes it.’ Seriously? We’re paying full price for half-filled cups. After I paid and mentioned my issue, she even told her employee right in front of me, ‘don’t make it,’ and then said, ‘we only have small brownie chunks, is that okay?’ What was I supposed to say after paying? I said okay, and though they filled it properly this time, but they replaced the regular 2–3 big brownie pieces with just a few tiny chunks. Totally disappointing and unprofessional. Shameful service.” I don’t wanna give you one star though. Never coming to this place again!!!!
