We just went there to get a brownie and Oreo Cupfection and asked them to heat the brownie in a microwave or a oven but both the Indian ladies Working there at the drive thru around 12.30 am straight up told us we don’t have a microwave or oven in a very rude tone. This might be the only diary queen which doesn’t have a microwave and refuses to heat the brownie for their customers in the entire Edmonton.
- MMMegan4 days ago1.0Went to Dairy Queen for two spicy grilled chicken wraps which was usually $7 with the 2 for $7 deal. I get to the window and pay for my food. Two wraps are now $14. I’m annoyed, but not going to get grumpy with the staff as they don’t control the prices. I get my two $14 wraps and drive away. Open them up, and they are the most poorly made wraps I’ve ever gotten. Each had maybe 3 pieces of chicken and were not closed properly so sauce dripped everywhere. If Dairy Queen is going to charge $7 per wrap, the least they could do is put more than 3 pieces of chicken in them.

I have to mention Amini, Jaspreet and their manager Razia were wonderful especially to my beautiful special need boy. The food was good and so was the proce actually. It is jas tons of parking and wheelchair accessible. I really liked everything. Thank you so much guys!

I called ahead to ask about the availability of a gluten-free ice cream cake, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful over the phone. They kindly put the cake on hold for me, which I really appreciated. When I went to pick it up, the service was just as excellent. The staff thoughtfully asked about my decoration preferences and went out of their way to decorate the cake beautifully for our anniversary dinner. It was clear they genuinely cared about making it special. Everyone had a smile on their face, and the overall experience was warm and welcoming. Amazing service and attention to detail — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The cake they made for me was absolutely beautiful the pink theme, hearts, and detailing were done so perfectly, exactly the way I requested. They paid great attention to the names, design, and overall presentation, and it truly showed their hard work and passion. The cake looked stunning and felt very special.
