  Beautiful Frozen Theme Birthday Cake! Razia and her team did a fantastic job with my daughter's birthday cake. I had called several other locations (closer to where I live) and none were able or willing to accommodate my custom request over the holidays. Luckily I called the Millwoods location and Razia's team went above and beyond to make my daughter's "Fourozen" ice cream birthday cake dreams come true. Thanks for accommodating my last minute request and adding the extra special touches (and shimmer) that made all the difference!

  I ordered the old fashion type of blizzard that is no longer in the menu but it was accomodated. I also ordered extra toppings all on the side and was accomodated. Way to go Rashpal! Thank you so much for outstanding service

  Huge thank you to the manager Razia for going above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restriction of celiac disease. Gluten free is a pain in the butt, but Razia gets it... that it needs to be gluten free and not just gluten friendly. Thank you for knowing what cross contamination and sanitizing means - and for training your staff to handle celiac and wheat allergies. I am beyond excited to enjoy a frozen treat from here!

  I can’t say enough good things about Razia and the team at this Dairy Queen location. I came in with a bit of an unusual request — I needed a frozen cake cut because I was special-delivering it to my girlfriend, and I honestly wasn’t even sure if it was something they could do. A lot of places would’ve just said no and moved on. Instead, Razia and her team went above and beyond without hesitation. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me make the moment special. You could tell right away this wasn’t just “another order” to them — they treated it like it actually mattered. What really stood out was the attitude. No rushing, no eye-rolling, no excuses — just great energy, teamwork, and a clear desire to help a customer. That kind of service is rare these days, and it makes a huge difference. They turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into an easy, positive experience. If you’re deciding which Dairy Queen to visit, choose this one. It’s not just about the food — it’s about the people behind the counter who care enough to go the extra mile. Because of Razia and her team, this will be my go-to DQ from now on, and I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know.
