We paid for our ice cream, sat at our table to eat. My 4 year old accidentally dropped his dipped cone on the floor and was crying, hard!! I picked the cone up and showed the young man at the till, he proceeded to ring me up another $4 ice cream cone. I was so disappointed I had to pay, like have some empathy for a little kid! Accidents happen so of course we paid but this location has lost a loyal customer.
