- AAAmy2 days ago1.0It took about 20 minutes to reach the drive-thru window and another 10-12 minutes for my food. It was a Saturday and I was here around 6pm. I only saw two employees working, one in the kitchen and another serving the front and doing drive-thru. You should consider hiring another person.

The photo printer was running low on ink, instead of calling and explaing they made the cake and the picture was horrible. The cake was supposed to say "Merry Christmas" they misspelled Christmas and wrote "Chrimas". DO NOT ORDER CUSTOME CAKES FROM HERE!!!

And I dont know if DQ changed there buns, but they suck now and they changed there pickes, so burgers aren't even enjoyable anymore. Wither staff up, retrain or warm people about the wait!
