  Drive thru is painfully slow for God knows why. Definitely been many times as well not just a one off time. Otherwise it’s fine.

  The one star is because the service is absolutely horrendous. The food is standard, like any other DQ. You cannot be in a rush going here because it is so under-staffed that customers who walk in wait up to 10 minutes just to order! You get better, faster service in the drive-thru because they always prioritize cars. The lack of staff to serve walk-ins makes the THE WORST DQ we have ever visited. You want a free ice cream cake? Just walk in, grab it and walk out. They will never know because you have to ask someone to serve you at the front counter.

  Clean building, all the staff are friendly including the managers Salman and Harjot, and the food is exactly what you can expect from DQ... to be honest I didn't give food a perfect score because im not a fan of fire grilled but I can assure you that if it is your thing you have definitely come to the right place

  Went to the drive-through and ordered a burger Noticed that they’re not wearing any gloves it says they’re supposed to online and that it is a policy I unfortunately will be throwing my burger away.

  I see I'm not the only one, the wait for being the sole vehicle in the drive through is quite long. It's been months since going there and no change. I'm also finding it's more like ice milk than ice cream, not sure if that's DQ HQ's formula or the location. Won't be going back.
