The place seemed quite busy, and it felt like they didn’t pay much attention to quality. On the positive side, the portion size was decent.
- MKMaddox KondoNov 8, 20251.0They need to do a full flush of this place and hire new staff. As soon as I walked in I received attitude from the FOH girl. I got two bowls and the staff member making it seemed confused as I was listening off what I wanted as if she had no idea what anything was. She looked at me with this lost look in her eyes which was seriously concerning. I never received my side of guac with the order so I told the FOH girl and instead of getting it she looks to the girl that was building the bowl and said "did you give it to her or no"?. Like why would I be telling you I didn't get it in front of her if she did give it to me? It ended up taking her 5 minutes to put the guac into the container because she kept stopping to talk. While she was on her non stop work avoidance mission I asked another member who was coming from break for a bag and that I would pay for it- she told me it was okay, and told the girl who was STILL getting the guac ready to give me a bag. This girl said "she said she didn't want one"... like HELLO?? You're at work? and it's your job to serve customers? She then started arguing about giving me a bag with the other worker. I finally ended up with my order millions of years later- which is really sad considering I was the only customer there at the time. If you would like to receive attitude with mediocre food this is the place to go!

Additionally, the rice portion was significantly smaller than expected, making the overall meal unbalanced. The proportions seemed off, leaving me unsatisfied. I hope they can improve the consistency of their orders in the future. Whether I’ve gone to this location or ordered in person the staff at this spot never get it right the north side one or the south side location are better

I stopped going there until today when I decided to try again. Meat was not ready, not enough staff, manager (i believe it was a manager) walking behind the line with normal clothes on the phone while there was a line. No lettuce. NO LETTUCE! basically my burrito is 3/4 lettuce how come they run out of it. They offer me guac but with extra charge so I ended up adding more rice and cheese. I’m sad, because I used to love this place but now I prefer to go barburrito instead.
