  Absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. Nobody inside knew what was going on, they couldn’t figure out how to make a chicken and cheese kids quesadilla and what they finally made is legit inedible even for my 3 year old who has no standards. Then i asked for a regular quesadilla for myself and they told me I could not add any fillings only meat and cheese and everything else has to be on the side which is completely incorrect. You can order through the site or any delivery app with beans/veggies etc in your quesadilla but apparently not at this location and they argued with me about it until I decided to get something else. Then all the hot toppings were basically empty she legit had to scrape nasty dried beef barbacoa and and fajita veggies off the bottom of the pan. Since all the liquid had evaporated it was so incredibly salty i took a few bites and had to throw it out. Absolutely disgusting 🤢

  I hate leaving a poor review. I tried to resolve this chipotle directly but their AI customer service on the app was no help at all. I eat chipotle 3-4 times per week and (in the Edmonton area anyways) they have a major problem. Either the packaging is faulty, or the staff are not trained properly as the food leaks through the brown paper bag- either the bag rips when you pick it up and you have food all over the place or it leaves stains on the seat in your car or wherever else. And the AI chat isn’t equipped to help me with this. Food quality is excellent, but the packaging is a disaster and it’s very frustrating when their “help” system is NO help at all

  Really worst food quality as they were not putting adequate amount of ingredients and feeling dry rice and no flavour at all. Also chicken and tofu was so dried. Totally waste of money kindly order some other location.

  Staff was friendly atmosphere was great but my burrito was terrible, I got the pork carnitas and I took 2 bites and thought I was gonna be sick

  Honestly, I'm convinced that this place is a total scam designed to pick pocket you while serving lukewarm garbage it is beyond frustrating that they wait till the very end of the line after your burrito is already wrapped and you're committed to throw a massive bill on you for extra sauces and size that they didn't even mention cost extra in the first place and there was zero prices listed online so you basically walk in blindly and they they have the audacity to skip the receipt entirely and then you practically beg for it probably because they don't want to see how much they overcharged you for a tiny cup of salsa or just extra guac. And to make matters worse, the food is consistently pathetic, and the meat is barely grilled. To make matters worse, the food is consistently pathetic, the burrito and it looks pale and rubbery and instead of entirely appealing and the entire meal is ice cold by the time you sit down and pay premium prices for raw tasting chicken, and a total lack of transparency is a joke and I'm never coming back. It is wild that they wait until the very end line after your food is already rolled up to hit you with a real price and I asked for a couple side sauces and instead of my burrito being $12. It's now costing something that I did not expect. They don't even ask you if you want to receive they just stare at you and tell you tap your card and then expect you to leave and if you actually wanna see what you were charged since the price is worth a mystery you have to awkwardly ask for a receipt like you're interrogating them and it's because they know if people have actually saw the breakdown of those charges. There'd be a lot and to top it off the food was barely lukewarm. The chicken look like it had been threatened by a grill, but never actually touched it and cold rice to the extent that I did not find it yummy.
