  This place was busy. People were constantly coming in at an off time ariund 3:30pm, so it surprised me to see the food was scraping the bottom of the barrel.. hardly any fajita vegetables, hardly any beans left and it looked like beans and chicken sat out all day getting dried up. So I've had better quality at other Chipotle locations. Worker could have made the tacos less messy too. Kind of dumped sour cream and salsa over all three tacos at the same time which led it to drip all over the sides and paper. Oh well still ate it and it was pretty good could just be fresher!

  Visited Chipotle recently and really enjoyed the meal. The bowl was well prepared, fresh, and full of taste. I appreciate the variety of options to build your own meal just the way you like it. Staff were polite, service was fast, and everything looked clean and organized. Good quality food at a reasonable price. Looking forward to my next visit.

  Tried Chipotle today and had a really good experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. I liked how you can fully customize your bowl with different toppings and sauces. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and organized. Portion size was satisfying and worth the price. Definitely a great spot for a quick and healthy meal. Will visit again

  The food was very average. The chips seemed old and we're way over salted. The best part was the drink because you just get a cup and the drinks area is just wide open. I did like the bench seating in the front windows. This was a very mediocre experience. The staff seemed like nobody really knew what job they were doing. They may have been short staffed this night. I really wanted to love this place, but it didnt do it for me. It did feel over priced for the what I got. I prefer BarBurrito...

  I have eaten at Chipotle locations across multiple countries, including France, Germany, Kuwait, and the United States. The Manning Chipotle on Ebbers Blvd is, without question, the worst location I have ever experienced. This restaurant is consistently out of core toppings, including vegetables, corn, and even guacamole—an unacceptable failure for a brand that markets itself around fresh, customizable ingredients. Running out of staples on a routine basis reflects poor inventory management and weak operational oversight. Food quality is equally unacceptable. The chicken is frequently dry, overcooked, and burnt, suggesting a disregard for basic food preparation standards. Staff routinely rush customers, fail to comprehend orders, and require instructions to be repeated multiple times. The overall customer service attitude is dismissive and condescending, creating an environment where patrons feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Chipotle brand, especially given the high potential of the area. If Chipotle Corporate reviews this feedback, I strongly urge immediate intervention—whether through retraining, management restructuring, or temporary suspension—until this franchise can demonstrate compliance with Chipotle’s standards for hospitality, food quality, and operational execution. Canadians spend their hard-earned money expecting consistency and quality. What they receive at this location is persistent disappointment.
