  I recently went to wem after some shopping and had a meal at bubba shrimp, I was sat down and immediately I noticed how well decorated, clean, and also felt a great atmosphere around me. I tried the crab and shrimp rolls and although im not a great fan of sea food having a meal here really changed my tastebuds to want try out even more seafood, shout out to the kitchen for that!! My server Yana was amazing as well whenever I needed something she was always there to help and assisted me when I needed it, would definitely recommend if you get chance to go to wem.

  This is by far the worst experience we have ever had. First off, we were the first ones in doors, like literally, we walked in while the doors still opening. We ordered a little later than usual probly. But anyways. We would use the "Run forest run" and that seems useless as no one would stop by. 3 times walked by on the stop sign. Food arrived 50minutes after arrival. Where to begin here. 2 kids meals were cold. Po'boy was Luke warm. Another dish came out with cold rice... so cold that the top layers were dried out. Another kids meal, the burger came out sitting in Grease.... so much that we had to use paper towel to dry the paper off it came in PLUS the bottom of the bun. So wet that the kid didn't want to touch/eat it. Flipped sign for service but realized that was stupid and yelled for a manager. Only way it seems to get someone to stop at the table. Manager came out, explained all that was happening, time framing, sign issues and all. Explained that all food was basically cold, grease issue and cold rice. He said he would take care of all of this. **keep that in your mind** he asked if we wanted new food, said that we would take new burger as they didn't want to touch it and my replace of rice. Said we couldn't wait for others as the youngest was hungry at this point and just needed to eat. Everything else came out as it was ready. Good. After it all, got bill and saw that only comp was for a bun and my rice meal..... wait... didn't he say he would cover it all.... had to call him back in which he defended saying nothing was wrong with other meals. We both said at same time that all the food came out cold... unbelievable. Sorry but with their prices increasing and the service and food quality declining, THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!

  Waitress was great, kitchen cook one meal wrong. Didn’t get that plate until we were all done eating. Fish was overcooked, fries were warm. The rest of the meal was okay.

  Stopped in for what we hoped would be a quick lunch. It wasn’t busy, there were only three of us, and we ordered simple items (chicken pasta, shrimp & crab rolls and a po’boy sandwich). Service started out pretty good. Greeted by our server right away, got our drinks and took our orders. Then we waited… and waited. Server didn’t come back to check on us aside from a flyby “your food should be right out” and then we waited some more. We never saw our server again (manager brought out food, host brought the bill) and it took about 40 minutes total for those 3 dishes to come out. Oh wait, I lied… we got another flyby “all good?” I think part of the problem was our server was the only bartender on staff at the time as he seemed to be making drinks every time we looked over. Food was tasty enough but with small annoyances like buns that were falling apart (almost like they were rushing in putting them together HA!) and a sauce container tipped over running all over the dish when they dropped off the food. Honestly, this was our first time there and likely our last. Not worth the money ($85 for those three things and 2 sodas)

  The food was good but the service was not. Took the girlfriend out for dinner and we waited a very long time for our food when it was an empty restaurant. Plus they added a 22% gratituity charge without even asking me lol. That's a bit ridiculous but I payed it. Very disappointing this time around. I don't think I will be back.
