Service is kind of patchy even while seated at the bar and we watched people have to wait several minutes to be seated even though it wasn't busy. Got offered to sign up for their 'points' program, which we did by using the info pamphlet QR code that we were given only to find out that we were supposed to sign up with the restaurant. No big deal but by doing this we ended up signing up in US$ and not CAN$, so cost us $8. Also was told we could use the card for points for 24 hours so couldn't even use it for this visit. Oh well, we will be back. I'm sure the server will learn from thus based on how we explained how she could have presented this better and tell people to sign up through them and not the QR code in the pamphlet.
