    I was served rancid milk in the kids meal. It wasn't just a bit off, it was rancid and disgusting. Something that would make you sick. My 2 year old didn't know better and drank it. I noticed he was scrunching his nose so I tasted it and nearly vomited. I contacted head office and never received a reply. I wouldn't trust their safe food handling practices if they can serve rotten milk to a child.

    Arby’s West End is an extremely clean store — honestly, beyond clean. It made for a really good experience from the moment I walked in. The food was tasty, it came out fast, and the service was very friendly. Even though it was empty when I arrived, it started to feel like I had just beaten the supper rush. I can see why this location does well. And I can’t say enough about the cleanliness here — genuinely impressive.
