First, they gave me the wrong drink which whatever wasn’t a big deal so I asked them if they could change it for the right one and when I did so she responded in an aggressive matter which was a bit weird to me, I waited about 10 minutes for my food to finally be ready not only did they confirm my order three times when I ordered it, but they also checked the bag and there was two of the employees checking as one was in training, and the other one was training her. I finally got my food and then drove home which was about 35 minutes away because I live out of town and when I opened the bag, I realized that half my order is missing. So my question is number one why confirm it three times when I order it and then also have two people check the bag for it to not even be right in for half the food to be missing?? I tried calling the establishment, but the phone clearly doesn’t work as nobody answers it. So that’s cool! Love spending almost $40 on fast food for half to be missing 👍🏼 thanks Arby’s ! Signed one unhappy mom with two grouchy kids !
