- KMKass MNov 5, 20251.0I have never been to a mucho so depressing as this one. First we couldn't find the place because the lighting was non existent, and it was dark out. The guy at the counter wouldn't even acknowledge our group, not a hi or anything even though he dead looked me in the eye. Then he vanished to the back for at least 5 minutes, maybe longer (seemed like longer). Comes back out, someone in our group says hi, and he mumbled just a minute and vanishes for even LONGER. finally he come out, asks us what we want, preps the first burrito and then runs out of veggies so when I ask for my bowl there is a half hand full of veggies and maybe ten small pieces of lettuce. For the next burrito he took out new veggie - nice dude. For three people to get 2 burritos and 1 bowl it took over 25 minutes. Mostly of us just standing there. I should have went to the pizza place next door. The bowl in question, chili honey chicken, tasted burnt, had too much fake lime juice, no cheese, no sauce, no veggies, no lettuce. I ate half of it and packed the rest to try to salvage at home. Place seemed clean enough, the fryer was down so you could t get combos or crispy chicken, looks like it has been that way for a long time. There are wires hanging from the roof. Don't go here.

Finally someone emerged and told me to wait a minute. I just left. I understand now why this location seems to have a significantly lower rating than the other locations.
