- DODerek O1 day ago1.0I enjoy Mucho Burrito, and this location used to be fine, but for the last few months they only ever have one staff member working. Which means ordering and getting your food takes FOREVER. Plus they will always prioritize Uber/Skip orders over people in the store, which means if you have one person in front of you in line you can expect a 20+ minute wait. Unacceptable, so I just go elsewhere. They won’t need any staff at all when they close down due to pissed off customers I suppose.

My husband's carnitas meat burrito was the same. Such a joke.

My soft taco shells were cold and therefore not soft at all. And to top it off they give you recycled paper towels as napkins. It's very rough on the face. The tables are not wiped down at all. Utterly disgusting. Never coming back. Service sucks in a big way. Apparently they cannot understand me even though I am 100% born and raised here....yet they have no difficulty 'understanding' and being nice to the Caucasian customers.
