Buddy didn’t say hello, didn’t wash his hands, used the smallest amount of toppings. FYI, when you’re stingy with the ingredients, not only am I not tipping you, I’m no longer a returning customer.

Their veggie crumble is now gone, and instead they have a mushroom thing.., but they’ll charge you a dollar for that, and another $1.50 for guacamole if you want it… They also charge $13.50 starting price for a regular burrito even though the sign says 12.50. So, for a regular burrito without meat or cheese I was charged $18. … I’m not even sure where the additional charge came from (gst isn’t 2 dollars more!). No free meat replacement. No reduction in price for removing meat and cheese. Just added cost for the mushrooms (not disclosed to me beforehand) and added cost for the guac (which I knew they would do but is still bs). I used to come here all the time but this is the last straw. Go anywhere else, including Jinya for Ramen, and you’ll pay less for far, far more.

I asked multiple times nicely if I could get larger servings, more similar to the other guy making burritos. No response other than smaller portions and glares. When I’m paying $20.00 for a vegetarian burrito bowl I’d like a bit more than 5 pieces of lettuce and 10 beans…. The courtesy of responding to me would have gone a long way.
