You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service and takes pride in her work. The food was fresh, perfectly made, and her positive attitude and smile made the visit even better. I have a Mucho burrito store 10 minutes from my house but I would rather drive extra 15 minutes to get a burrito from this store. Huge shoutout to her for the outstanding service!

This was the second time I visited when the same guy was working, and both times he did not wear gloves while preparing food. What concerned me the most was that he handled toppings with his bare hands, and I did not see him wash his hands before taking my order. This is extremely unhygienic, especially in a food service environment. I have personally worked in a food court, and proper handwashing and glove use are top priorities for food safety. Due to this experience, I did not feel comfortable eating the food and had to throw my bowls away. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper hygiene standards are followed at all times.
