  Moody Ladies at this location. Definitely had an unpleasant time here. Employees guessing at what or what is not gluten free.... for medically diagnosed Celiacs... guessing isnt ideal. Her first gluten recommended item was fries...big NO no! Heard more than one order wrong - forgot part of order.... it was supposed to be take out but she didnt put it in take out containers so we were forced to stay. All.of our party thought the 2 ladies were moody and stuck up.... glad we dont have to go back there again!

  Went to this shop to get my wife her yearly ice cream cake for her bday, as I walked thru the door a lady in a wheelchair approached and asked for help getting out, she had been sitting and waiting for someone to come thru the door as there were no handicapped assistance on the doors, its 2026 this is shameful! Not one employee offered to help this elderly handicapped lady and it shows the business real focus is not customers! I waited for 15 mins to be served as they were to busy with the drive thru

  Today a lady took my order for drive through. She was a delight. She up sold me so eloquently on a burger, she made me laugh. She was awesome! I don’t know who she was but she deserves a raise! I ordered two cheese burger singles, a fries and a poutine. Track her down and tell her how amazing she is.

  Really lovely store, staff are always polite, patient and kind. Food is always fresh and top quality. They have a great team who work hard to create a good experience for all customers. I really appreciate their commitment.
